A typical home inspection will generally take between two and four hours, and a detailed inspection report complete with color pictures is printed on site before the inspector leaves the premises. Our clients are invited to attend the home inspection and participate, so all questions can be answered and concerns addressed by the inspector. We are available even after the inspector has left, and will promptly answer any questions that may come up.
